2. Maintain the catalogue
Use Add product or Edit to update titles, descriptions, category, dimensions, capacity, price, stock and the available concept image. Save to update the persistent catalogue. Delete removes the sample listing.
3. Review test orders
Use the dashboard to review demonstration orders and update their status. Status changes do not charge money or notify a delivery carrier.
4. Test checkout
Add a product to your bag, adjust quantity, continue to checkout and enter fictional details. The demonstration order appears in your account. No card details are collected.
5. Prepare a client launch
Confirm actual products, supplier-approved imagery, currency, tax, delivery policies and business contact details. Connect a supported payment provider in test mode and verify webhooks before considering live payments.
6. Customer support
The on-page concierge is a guided demo, not an agent. Provide the client’s WhatsApp business number and preferred live-chat service to connect real support.
7. Hosting & licensing
This version runs on ChatGPT Sites with React/Vinext and D1 storage. It does not use WordPress or paid theme licences. A deployment to the client’s existing host requires checking Node/server support, database support, authentication and payment-provider configuration. Provider pricing and service licences must be reviewed before launch.
8. Suggested milestones
Design review → verified product content → customer authentication and payment-provider test integration → responsive, accessibility and order-flow acceptance tests → approved launch and owner walkthrough. Scope and credentials must be confirmed before committing a timeline.
